Vitamin C supports the body's natural resistance . It helps the normal course of metabolism and energy production , as well as reducing the feeling of exhaustion and fatigue . Participates in the regeneration of vitamin E in its reduced form Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress . Vitamin C is involved in the synthesis of collagen, which is part of blood vessels, tendons, bones, teeth, etc.

Vitamin D is a vital vitamin for both the bone and immune systems . It ensures the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from food, as well as calcium levels in the blood, thereby providing conditions for the normal building of bones and teeth and muscle functioning.
