Vitamin A:

Method of use:
Take orally. Adults 1-2 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not for persons under 18 years of age, pregnant or lactating women. The product is a dietary supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Recommended course of intake: 2-3 months.
