250 mg (100% RI*) (equivalent to 1630 mg magnesium citrate)

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE:
Children over 6 years of age: One (1) sachet daily.
Adults and children over 11 years of age: One (1) to two (2) sachets daily.
WARNINGS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor if you are taking medication or have a medical condition.
The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
