Magnesium Diasporal Direct 400 is a mineral preparation and contains the active ingredient magnesium (as magnesium hydrogen citrate and magnesium oxide).
Magnesium Diasporal Direct 400 granules is used in the treatment and prevention of magnesium deficiency in adults.
Magnesium deficiency can occur as a result of:
- Reduced intake of magnesium, for example an unbalanced diet or reduced food intake in the elderly
- Increased magnesium needs, such as stress, intense sweating, competitive sports, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Appropriate for:
Adults over 18 years old

Active ingredient:
One sachet (2.22 g) contains 400 mg of magnesium (as magnesium hydrogen citrate and magnesium oxide).
The other ingredients are: sorbitol (see also point 2), iron oxide (E172), calcium stearate <(vegetable)>, orange fruit powder, orange flavor, orange juice flavor.
Dosage:
Granules Magnesium Diasporal Direct 400 should be taken directly in the mouth on the tongue and swallowed without water shortly before meals. If necessary, water may be taken after ingestion.
Warnings:
Do not take Magnesium Diasporal Direct 400:
- If you are allergic to the active substance or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in point 6).
- If you have severe kidney damage (glomerular filtration rate <30 ml/min).
- If you have heart conduction disorders that cause a slow heart rate (bradycardia).
Magnesium Diasporal Direct 400 can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
