Food supplement with magnesium in its chelated form.
It ensures the effective entry of the mineral into the cells, as a result of which magnesium is absorbed and metabolized much easier and faster by the body. It is recommended for people with a deficiency of stomach acid or difficulties in absorbing nutrients. Magnesium (HVP* Chelate) - 125 mg

Other ingredients: Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
