Purpose:
Folic acid is necessary for the development of tissues and systems (especially the nervous system) of the fetus in the mother's organism. It is necessary for the formation of neurotransmitters (substances transmitting information in the brain) such as serotonin, dopamine and acetylcholine (responsible for memory, stable mood, etc.). It lowers the amount of harmful homocysteine by facilitating its conversion into the amino acid methionine. Supports healthy cardiovascular and reproductive systems (in women). Folic acid is an antioxidant. It stimulates the protection of the cells of the human organism from the harmful influence of oxidants (free radicals) that are formed in the environment (from ultraviolet rays, toxic substances in polluted air and cigarette smoke), and also in people's bodies during emotional stress , breathing, digestion, exercise and sleep.
Composition of 1 tablet:
400 μg folic acid.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, cellulose resin.
Method of use:
Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal. The product is also suitable for vegetarians.
