Ingredients: Psyllium Husk fiber / husks from white Indian plantain seeds (Plantago Ovata), filler maltodextrin, chitosan (from crustaceans), acidity regulator citric acid, sweetener steviol glycosides from stevia, white birch leaf extract (Betula pendula), orange flavoring
Directions for use: 1-2 sachets daily, about half an hour before the main meal.
The contents of the sachet are dissolved in a glass of lukewarm water and drunk immediately.
