Action:
Glucomannan* helps with weight loss when following a low-calorie diet. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g together with one or two glasses of water before meals, while following a low-calorie diet.
Patients with diabetes should consult a doctor before taking this dietary supplement.
Composition:
Glucomannan (from the Konjac plant), sweetener (maltitol syrup); water; gelatin; acidifier (citric acid), vegetable oil (coconut); natural flavor; colors (E-120, E-163); carnauba wax (anti-caking agent).

Method of use:
Take 2 chewable tablets before each main meal, chewing carefully and with plenty of water (2 glasses).
