Dosage and administration

Note: if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking sulfonamides, consult a doctor before use. Individuals sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience reddening of the skin (a condition that is transient and harmless to health). Not to be used as a substitute for a varied and complete diet. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose.
Dosage: 1 capsule daily during meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications.
