Siberian ginseng ( Eleutherococcus senticosus ) has been used for centuries in the East, mostly in Russia. It should not be confused with the "classic" ginseng from the genus Panax - both species have a similar invigorating effect, but are completely different botanically. The active substance in the Siberian ginseng root is eleuteroside, which has a beneficial effect on the immune system, has a general tonic effect and supports the body during stress and physical and mental strain.
Method of use:
The recommended daily dose is 1 tsp. (3 gr.) per day, divided into 3 receptions. It can be added to water, fresh or shake. Not to be taken by people with hypertension, autoimmune diseases, signs of mania or schizophrenia, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
