Krill
Krill, also known as polar shrimp, means "whale food" in Norwegian. It is a zooplankton resembling small shrimps (0.6 to 10 cm) that lives in the cold waters of Antarctica. It is part of the largest marine biomass in the world, with more than 85 species. The best known species is Euphausia superba. The oil extracted from it includes a mixture of essential nutrients, characterized by high levels of phospholipids and in particular phosphatidylcholine, astaxanthin and Omega 3 EPA and DHA. Omega 3 EPA and DHA play a central role in cell membranes and are involved in many biochemical processes in the body and contribute to the normal functioning of the heart.

*The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily consumption of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
Recommended daily intake: 2 capsules daily (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening).
The daily intake provides (2 capsules): KRILL 1180mg, of which phospholipids 660mg, choline 82.6mg, EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) 177mg, DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) 82mg, astaxanthin 0.1mg.
