The table of nutritional recommendations is indicative. Your toddler may need more or less than indicated. IMPORTANT: Always use the measuring scoop provided in the package, note that the color of the scoop may not be the same in different packages.

With standard solution: 100 ml Aptamil® 4 with Pro nutra ®-ADVANCE = 90 ml water cooled to 40 o C (preferably) + 3 leveled measuring spoons = 248 kJ (59 kcal). 1 level measuring spoon = 4.5 g. Use only the measuring spoon from the package. Do not prepare a more saturated or less concentrated solution than directed.
Preparing food for your toddler:
1. Always wash your hands and sterilize all dishes and utensils you use to prepare food by boiling for 10 minutes.
2. Boil clean drinking water for 10 minutes and cool it to 40°C. Pour the amount of boiled and cooled water recommended in the table into a sterilized bottle or feeding cup.
3. Using the measuring spoon from the package, level the powdered milk with the blunt side of a clean, dry knife. Do not press the milk into a powder or overfill the spoon.
4. Add the number of leveled scoops of milk powder recommended in the feeding guide table to the bottle or cup.
5. Close the bottle or beaker and shake vigorously and vertically for about 10 seconds until the dry substance is completely dissolved. Spinning or shaking the bottle or glass in a circle will not be enough.
6. Cool the milk in the bottle or glass under running water. Place a sterilized teat on the bottle. Before feeding, check the temperature of the milk (37°C) by putting a drop on the inside of your wrist. Feed the baby, but not later than 1 hour after preparing the milk.
7. Clean the bottle, teat or cup immediately after feeding.
Do not re-feed with the rest of the milk. Store the container tightly closed in a cool (<25°C), dry place, but not in a refrigerator. Use within three weeks after opening.
Tips for storing and using milk
For hygiene reasons, do not store the prepared food, and also throw away the rest of the milk up to 1 hour after feeding. Do not heat the milk in a microwave oven due to the risk of hot spots forming in the milk, which can cause burns. You don't freeze. Store milk powder in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place, but not in the refrigerator. Use within three weeks after opening.
