SNIP COLD & FLU x 20
Snip Cold & Flu is a combination product that contains paracetamol, chlorphenamine and pseudoephedrine.
Paracetamol has analgesic (pain-relieving) and antipyretic (temperature-reducing) effects. Pseudoephedrine reduces swelling of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract and helps you breathe more easily. Chlorphenamine is an antihistamine used to relieve allergic symptoms of the respiratory tract, such as runny nose, swelling of the nasal mucosa, redness and/or hypersensitivity of the eyes.
Snip Cold & Flu is indicated for the relief of flu and cold symptoms such as:
- cough,
- stuffy nose,
- rhinitis,
- sneezing,
- temperature,
- mild to severe pain of various origin.
How to take Snip Cold & Flu
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Your doctor will tell you how much Snip Cold & Flu to take and when to take it.
The number of doses you will take each day, the time between doses and the duration of taking the medicine depends on the health problem for which you are taking the medicine. Consult your doctor for more information. Always follow your doctor's instructions. The dosage should be marked on the package. If you are not sure, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults
The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets every 6 hours, if necessary up to 6 tablets per day.
Use in children and adolescents
Adolescents (over 12 years of age)
The recommended dose is 1 tablet every 6 hours, if required a maximum of 6 tablets per day.
Children 6 - 11 years old
The recommended dose is 1 tablet every 6 hours without exceeding the dose of 3 tablets per day.
Children under 6 years of age
It is not recommended.
Old age
A dose reduction is recommended.
Liver and kidney failure
A reduction in the total daily dose is necessary.
If you have taken more than the required dose of Snip Cold & Flu
Overdosing on this drug is very dangerous. In case of overdose, medical advice should be sought immediately, even if you feel well, because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage. If you or someone else has taken more tablets than they should, go to the emergency department of the nearest hospital immediately. Do not forget to take any remaining tablets and the carton with you.
If you forget to take Snip Cold & Flu
If you forget to take a dose, skip it and take the next one on time.
Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

What Snip Cold & Flu contains
- The active substances are paracetamol, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and chlorphenamine maleate.
One Snip Cold & Flu tablet contains 325 mg of paracetamol, 15 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and 1 mg of chlorphenamine maleate.
- The other ingredients are: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, cellulose powder, magnesium stearate.
