Nurofen StopCold provides quick and effective relief of cold and flu symptoms without causing drowsiness.
It may not be easy to carry on with your daily activities if you are experiencing severe pain and discomfort associated with it.
Nurofen StopCold combines the analgesic effect of ibuprofen with the vasoconstrictor effect of pseudoephedrine, relieving pain and discomfort, high fever, congestion and runny nose for up to 8 hours.
Nurofen StopCold quickly and efficiently relieves the main symptoms associated with colds and flu without causing drowsiness.
BASIC INGREDIENTS
Ibuprofen 200 mg + 30 mg Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.
Does not contain gluten, lactose, preservatives.
DOSAGE:
To be taken with water.
For adults and children over 12 years: initially 2 tablets, then 1 or 2 tablets every 4 hours, as needed (maximum 6 tablets within 24 hours).
Do not give Nurofen StopCold tablets to children under 12 years of age.
Nurofen products for children are available.
MAXIMUM DOSE IN 24 HOURS:
Maximum 6 tablets (1200 mg ibuprofen, 180 mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride) within 24 hours.
Before use, consult your doctor in the following cases:
You have high blood pressure or are taking other medicines, particularly antidepressants, or are elderly.
You have asthma or are taking other medicines containing ibuprofen, acetylsalicylic acid or other anti-inflammatory medicines.
You are taking other cold or flu medicines.
DO NOT USE
If the blister foil is torn when first opened.
If you have a stomach ulcer or other stomach disorder, kidney or heart problems.
If you are allergic to ibuprofen, acetylsalicylic acid or other anti-inflammatory medicines. If you experience an allergic reaction, stop taking and consult your doctor immediately.
During the first 6 months of pregnancy, except on the recommendation of your doctor. Do not use at all during the last 3 months of pregnancy.
More than 10 consecutive days, except on the advice of your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Excessive use can be harmful.
