SINTUSS / Sintus drops 0.5% 20ml
Sintus® oral drops is a medicinal product suitable for the symptomatic treatment of dry, non-productive cough of various origins. It has a central antitussive effect and has a non-specific peripheral anticholinergic and bronchospasmolytic effect, which is enhanced by a certain anti-inflammatory effect. The product does not contain sugar.
Active ingredients:
Butamirate citrate
5 mg / 1 ml (28 drops)
The drops are applied orally, and can be previously placed in a little liquid.
The usual dose is as follows:
Age group
Daily dose
Children from 2 months to 1 year
4 times a day x 14 drops
Children from 1 year to 3 years
4 times a day x 21 drops
Children over 3 years old
4 times a day x 35 drops
For children under 2 years of age, this medicine is only given on prescription!
