LEKADOL COMPLEX 200mg / 500mg x 10 tabl
Each film-coated tablet of Lecadol® Complex contains 200 mg of ibuprofen and 500 mg of paracetamol. Lecadol® Complex is indicated for the temporary relief of mild to moderate pain associated with migraine, headache, back pain, menstrual pain, toothache, rheumatic and muscle pain, cold and flu symptoms, sore throat and high fever.
This medicinal product is particularly suitable for pain that requires stronger analgesia than ibuprofen or paracetamol alone.
Lekadol Complex is indicated for persons over 18 years of age.
Adults: Take one tablet up to three times a day with water. The interval between separate receptions should be at least six hours.
If single doses of one tablet do not control symptoms, a maximum of two tablets may be taken up to three times a day. The interval between separate receptions should be at least six hours.
The maximum dose is six tablets (1200 mg ibuprofen, 3000 mg paracetamol) in 24 hours.
Ibuprofen/paracetamol 200 mg/500 mg film-coated tablets were more effective in relieving pain than paracetamol 1000 mg (p<0.0001) and ibuprofen 400 mg (p<0.05).
Ibuprofen/paracetamol 200 mg/500 mg film-coated tablets more effectively relieves pain than the combination of paracetamol 1000 mg/codeine phosphate 30 mg (p=0.0001)
Ibuprofen/paracetamol 200 mg/500 mg film-coated tablets have a rapid onset of action, with "confirmed tangible pain relief" achieved in an average of 15.6 minutes (1 tablet dose)
