NUROFEN MEDICAL PATCH 200 mg * 2

Nurofen 200 mg medical patch is indicated for the short-term symptomatic treatment of local pain in acute muscle strains or sprains in minor trauma near the joint of the upper or lower limb in adults and adolescents 16 years of age and older.

• Effectively treats back pain, muscle or joint pain for 24 hours
• The patch is applied whole and should not be cut.
• Non-prescription medicine

Nurofen 200 mg. medical patch is flexible and adaptable, releases ibuprofen topically continuously for 24 hours after application. Nurofen healing patch is applied directly to the skin to relieve muscle pain arising from minor trauma and ensure continuous transfer of ibuprofen through the skin, directly to the site of pain and inflammation.

Each medical patch contains 200 mg of ibuprofen
Adhesive layer:
Macrogol 20000
Macrogol 400,
Levo-menthol
Styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer
Polyisobutylene
Glycerol ester of hydrogenated rosin
Liquid paraffin

Support layer (base):
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fabric

Detachable strip:
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
with silicone coating

To be applied on clean and healthy skin, over the entire area of the patch.

Pooled data from two clinical trials of efficacy and safety in adults with acute soft tissue injuries show that when applied once every 24 hours, the treatment patch provides sustained pain relief, with a statistically significant reduction in pain on movement compared to placebo patch from the second hour after the first dose and every subsequent period for 5 days.
