Ingredients in one Sleep tablet:
California poppy extract - 140 mg
Lemon balm extract - 70 mg
Does not contain animal products, colorings and preservatives.
One pack of Sleep contains 30 tablets.
Dosage:
For adults: two or three Sleep tablets.
For children from 7 to 12 years of age: one tablet each.
For persons from 12 to 14 years of age: two tablets each.
How to take: before going to bed.
Duration of reception: minimum 10 days.
Side effects: Not found in the indicated doses.
Contraindications: Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
