Bacterial vaginosis is an imbalance between different bacteria in the vaginal flora. During this disease, the amount of anaerobic bacteria causing unpleasant symptoms increases significantly, while the beneficial lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus, necessary to maintain the physiological acidic pH of the vagina (pH<4.5), decreases. A reduced amount of lactic acid bacteria can also increase the growth of blastomyces (most of the Candida albicans group), which cause vaginal yeast infections.
The medical device Intimohelp restores and maintains the physiological pH of the vagina, thereby suppressing the spread of bacteria that cause bacterial vaginosis and Candida blastomyci. The added inulin supports the growth of natural bacterial flora, which plays an important role in preventing the spread of bacteria that cause genitourinary infections. The action of Intimohelp is complemented by the presence of hyaluronic acid and vitamin E, which moisturize the vaginal mucosa, relieve itching, dryness and the feeling of tension and reduce susceptibility to microtraumas.

Instructions for use:
For vaginal use only.
Wash your hands thoroughly before inserting the vaginal tablets.
As an aid in the treatment of vaginosis:
Use 1 vaginal tablet once a day (at bedtime) for 7 to 10 days, inserted deep into the vagina.
Prophylactically:
Use 1 vaginal tablet twice a week. The tablet should be inserted deep into the vagina. If symptoms worsen or last more than 7-10 days while using Intimohelp, you should contact your doctor.
Possible side effects:
Rarely, a burning sensation may occur in the vagina.
