GLUTEN' ALARM® is a test for the detection of IgA antibodies associated with gluten intolerance and therefore with celiac disease.
Gluten intolerance is a common condition that causes stomach pain, bloating, fatigue, anaemia, dermatitis or mood changes. Also known as celiac disease, this autoimmune disease causes gluten to damage the small intestine.
In case of gluten intolerance, specific antibodies of the IgA type are produced. GLUTEN'ALARM® allows these specific antibodies to be detected and therefore showс evidence of gluten intolerance when they are sufficiently concentrated (> 10U/ml).
