ELIMAX Shampoo 2 in 1 against lice and nits 100ml
ELIMAX SHAMPOO 2 in 1 AGAINST LICE and NITS 100 ml + COMB/Elimax® is the first product with two actions in the fight against head lice. It effectively kills lice and nits and prevents reinfestation.
Elimax® shampoo is made from specially developed oligodecene oils, which neutralizes the louse and its eggs by means of suffocation - blocking the parasite's breathing holes and dehydration - disrupting the structure of the outer protective layer of the insect and its eggs. The actions are mechanical and there is no risk of the louse developing resistance to the active ingredient.
Elimax® is the only shampoo that provides protection against reinfestation in three actions, thanks to the patented LPF® complex. The combination of polymer (acrylate) and fat-soluble substances:
1. They reduce the static electricity of the hair to protect it from the "pulling" of the louse from the infected hair;
2. Act as a repellent;
3. They make the surface of the hair hard to reach for lice.

Method of use:
Step 1: Apply the shampoo evenly to dry hair
Wrap a towel around your shoulders and neck to prevent dripping onto your skin and clothing. Use the convenient applicator to apply the shampoo to the scalp and along the length of the hair while it is dry. Distribute until complete irrigation. Make sure you cover the area behind the ears, the nape of the neck, and the neck. Leave the product on for 15 minutes while brushing. Do not cover the hair.
Step 2: Comb hair immediately after applying Elimax® shampoo
Careful combing of the hair with the fine Elimax® anti-lice comb will further aid in successful treatment.
1. Comb hair with a regular comb to remove tangles.
2. Divide the hair into 4 zones: from the forehead to the back of the head, from one ear to the other.
3. Next, comb the hair in each area with a fine Elimax® anti-lice comb, starting as close to the head as possible. Always comb from top to bottom.
4. Regularly wipe the comb with a cloth to remove collected lice and nits. Comb each strand cleaned of lice/nits to one side.
Step 3: Wash hair after 15 minutes (including combing time)
First, apply some water to the treated hair and lather thoroughly. Wash off the foam completely. The product is easy to wash with warm water. Take care not to get the product into the eyes. No need to wash your hair again with another shampoo.
Dry the hair completely using a towel. Do not use a hair dryer. If the procedure is applied in the evening, make sure the hair is completely dry before going to bed. Check the hair after 7 days. In most cases, a single application is sufficient. If lice are still present after 7 days, repeat steps 1, 2 and 3.
To protect against (re)infestation: Elimax® shampoo can be used regularly as a preventive measure.
Warning: Not suitable for children under 12 months. Do not use in case of increased sensitivity to any of the ingredients. In case of rash or signs of inflammation/allergy, discontinue use and wash hair with normal shampoo. Do not use the product if the scalp is inflamed or damaged. Keep treated hair away from fire, flames or hot objects (candles, fireplace, hair dryer, oven). Never smoke during treatment. Several applications may be necessary in case of heavy infestation (> 25 lice per head). Avoid contact with mouth/eyes (eg by covering mouth/eyes with a towel). In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. In case of accidental ingestion, contact a doctor or toxicology department. Make sure you wash the product thoroughly. Always leave the product on for a full 15 minutes, but no longer. Do not cover the head while using the product, e.g. with hat, foil, towel, etc. Avoid dripping the product on the body (neck, shoulders and chest) by wrapping a towel around the shoulders. If the product comes into contact with the skin, make sure to wash it thoroughly with soap. If the procedure is applied in the evening, make sure the hair is completely dry before going to bed. For external use only. Keep away from children. There is no data for use by pregnant or lactating women. In case of worming during pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your personal doctor. This product is only suitable for head lice (not suitable for pubic or body lice).
Possible side effects:
Elimax® Shampoo is well tolerated when used as directed. In rare or very rare cases, the following adverse effects may occur: Skin rash and irritation; hair damage and loss; puffiness and eye irritation; flaking of the scalp.
