KAdermin Powder spray is a spray-powder that creates a protective layer, used as an adjuvant treatment of wounds, ulcers, abrasions, minor burns, secreting skin lesions, cuts, maceration from sweating and superficial traumatic injuries, bedsores and diabetic foot.
KAdermin spray-powder is also used in the treatment of surgical wounds and treatment for the healing of a cut umbilical cord. The spray creates a protective layer, protecting against microbial contamination, accelerating healing. The function of the protective layer is realized by combining kaolin with hyaluronic acid. Kaolin absorbs excess wound secretions, while hyaluronic acid helps hydrate tissues. Thanks to the antimicrobial properties of the SCX patented complex (silica activated with silver ions and Chlorhexidine), the protective layer created by kaolin and hyaluronic acid is resistant to external microbial aggressions, improves protection and promotes faster healing of wounds.
Instructions for use:
1. Before use, clean the skin with saline solution and dry carefully.
2. Shake the vial well before use!
3. Apply a thin layer only to the affected area from a distance of 10 cm
4. Do not rub the preparation into the skin: the powder must form a continuous protective layer
5. Change the dressing once or several times a day when treating cuts or erythema in the submammary area, burns and superficial traumatic injuries; repeat application every 48 hours when lesions need to be treated by medical personnel.
For open lesions, apply moist gauze as a secondary dressing and cover with a sterile bandage.
Contraindications:
No cases of overdose or interactions with other drugs and medicinal substances have been reported. No allergic-based hypersensitivity reactions have been reported, but the presence of Aluminum Dioxide (AI203) has been reported.
Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is recommended only under medical supervision.
Composition:
SCX (silica activated with silver ions and chlorhexidine), kaolin, silicon, sodium hyaluronate, propellant (butane-propane mixture).
Warnings:
For external use only, do not ingest.
Avoid contact with eyes. If there is contact, rinse immediately with water.
Do not use open or damaged packaging.
Do not sterilize.
Close the vial carefully after use.
Do not use after the expiration date.
Discontinue treatment if abnormal skin reactions occur and notify your doctor and the manufacturer.
The presence of medical personnel is not required to apply the preparation.

To be used only for prescribed purposes. Do not aim at eyes. In case of ingestion or contact with eyes, immediately seek qualified help - a doctor, pharmacist or poison control center and provide the product information printed on the label. Keep out of reach of children. Pressurized bottle, may tear when heated. Keep out of sunlight. Store between 5°C and 50°C. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. Don't smoke. Do not spray toward an open flame or other ignition sources. Do not puncture or burn, even after use. To be used outdoors only.
