Heparoid contains the active substance heparinoid. Heparinoid works by dissolving small blood clots in superficial blood vessels and improving blood supply to the skin.
Heparoid is a preparation - a local anticoagulant, which, when applied to the skin, soothes pain and inflammation and, in addition, contributes to the healing of inflammation of the veins, including varicose ulcers. It is used to improve circulation after bruising (including hematoma) or soft tissue injury, including damage to muscles, tendons, joint capsules and ligaments; post-traumatic edema and to improve the formation of scars after injuries or operations.
Heparoid is intended for use by adults, children and adolescents.
