INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS : Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) is a perennial herbaceous plant, common in Europe and Asia. In Bulgaria it is also known as oily root, wild tobacco, passionflower and most of all - as a thicket. And this is no coincidence - since ancient times it has been known that comfrey magically accelerates recovery from fractures, dislocations, sprains, and tendon strains. Roman military doctors used it after severe injuries on the battlefield. The first detailed description of the properties of the herb was found in the diaries of Avicenna. The legendary healer indicates it as a universal remedy for healing bones and soft tissues, for relieving pain in arthritis, rheumatism, and gout.
The healing power of the plant lies in its root. It is black in color, hence the name of the herb.
