Method of use:
If necessary, trim to fit snugly. Cut along the outer line that fits your shoe size or use the original insole as a guide. For best results, remove existing insoles and replace with Scholl GelActiv insoles, gel side down.
Replace insoles when you notice wear. It is recommended that this be done every six (6) months.

Wear shoes that fit well and provide adequate cushioning and foot support;

Cleaning instructions:
To clean them, simply wipe them with a cloth dipped in warm soapy water (do not soak them in water).
