PALADIN PHARMA SANAVITA TEST GRAVIDANZA Self-Test (5 minutes) Early pregnancy test x 1

Early pregnancy test Sanavita 1 pc Home test for early detection of hCG in urine (10mlU/mL)

The Sanavita early pregnancy test is a convenient way to independently detect the pregnancy hormone hCG in urine.
This is a rapid immunochromatographic test that detects the hCG hormone, thanks to special gold-conjugated monoclonal antibodies included in the test strip. It is recommended to be performed three days before the day of expected menstruation, using morning urine (excluding the first stream).

What is pregnancy hormone?
In the very early stages of pregnancy, the fertilized egg is transported from the fallopian tubes to the uterus, where it implants about seven days later. It is at this stage that the tissue that will form the placenta begins to produce human chorionic gonadotropin, also known as the hormone hCG, which is essential for the development and smooth running of pregnancy. The rapid appearance and rapid increase in the concentration of the hCG hormone in the urine make it an excellent indicator for confirming the onset of pregnancy. This early pregnancy test is ultra-sensitive and detects the presence of the hCG hormone in the urine at very low concentrations (10mIU/mL). In some cases, even samples with an hCG concentration below this threshold value (between 7.4mIU/ml and 9.99/ml) can give a positive result. The test is calibrated according to the WHO international standard NIBSC 99/688.

When the result is positive
If two colored lines appear in the reading window in the T (test) and C (control) areas (regardless of the color intensity), this means that the concentration of the hCG hormone in the urine is equal to or greater than 10 mIU/ml, indicating pregnancy. Strong positives appear even before the fifth minute.

When the result is negative
The presence of only one colored line in the C (control) region indicates that the concentration of hCG hormone in the urine is below 10 mIU/ml and there is no pregnancy.

When is the result invalid?
A test is invalid if no line appears. It is recommended to repeat the procedure with a new pregnancy test. The most common reasons for invalid results are if the absorbent tip has been immersed in urine for too long or too short a time, or if the reading window has been wetted by splashes of urine while being positioned under the stream.

Is it possible to report a wrong result?
Careful adherence to the instructions for use will result in correct results, but errors may also occur if the test device becomes wet before testing. In exceptional cases, results may be false positive or negative due to metabolic hormonal problems or if fertility drugs containing hCG are being taken. Other fertility treatments (such as clomiphene citrate), painkillers and hormonal contraceptives (such as birth control pills) should not affect the result. However, if hormonal contraceptives have recently been stopped or infertility treatment is being carried out, menstruation may be irregular and early testing may be required. In cases of recent pregnancy/miscarriage, false positive results may be obtained due to the still circulating hCG hormone. In case of unexpected or contradictory results, a gynecologist should be consulted.

Dosage and administration

Application: Urinate on the absorbent tip for 3-5 seconds until it is completely wet. Check the result after 5 minutes.

The presence of 1 control line indicates a negative result - no pregnancy is present.

The presence of 2 lines indicates a positive result - the presence of pregnancy.

Note: For external use only. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
