Hypertonic nasal spray/aerosol with sea water for the care and natural unclogging of the nose
QUIX® acute is a non-medicated, sterile, odorless, moisturizing nasal spray that helps relieve nasal congestion associated with sinusitis, nasal congestion, hay fever, allergies, and post-surgical nasal care. The salt concentration of 2.6% has a hyperosmotic effect and helps to naturally unclog the nose.
QUIKS® acute contains: natural sea water (diluted with purified water up to 2.6%)
How QUIKS® acute works to improve breathing
• Provides natural cleansing and unclogging of the nose
• Helps relieve blocked and irritated nasal passages due to colds, flu, allergies or allergic rhinitis
• Liquefies the secretion and thus allows its separation from the nose, for example in case of colds and allergies
• Relieves local symptoms of acute infections of the upper respiratory tract, as well as acute and chronic rhinosinusitis

Who can use QUIKS ® acute
Adults and children over 3 years old.
QUIKS ® acute can also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
How to use QUIKS ® acute
Always use QUIKS® acute exactly according to these instructions for use. If you are not sure, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
It is recommended to use the product as follows:
Apply QUIKS® acute up to 5 times a day as long as the problem of blocked or dry nasal passages persists.
1. Clear the nose of secretions, if necessary
2. Remove the cap from the product nozzle
3. Carefully insert the tip into the nostril, being able to hold the vial at any angle
4. Tilt your head slightly to the opposite side of the nostril you want to flush
5. Press the tip on the top of the vial for 1-2 seconds
6. Spray into one nostril, then into the other
7. Clean and dry the tip after each use and replace the cap
8. For washing the nose, it is recommended to use the product over a sink or a deep vessel
For hygiene reasons and to avoid cross-contamination, the product should only be used by one user.
Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
Caution
Pressure vessel: may explode when heated.
• Keep away from heat, heated surfaces, sparks, open flame and other sources of ignition. Smoking prohibited.
• Not to puncture and burn even after use.
• Keep out of direct sunlight.
• Do not expose to temperatures higher than 50°C/122°F.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
Precautions
• Use of this product by more than one person may result in the spread of infections. Clean the tip with soapy water and rinse with warm water after each use.

Expiry date
36 months
The product can be used up to 12 months after first opening. Thanks to the special bag-on-valve activation technology, the solution remains sterile until the last drop.
Do not use after expiry date.
Storage conditions
To be stored between 15°C and 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
