NARIVENT nasal spray 20ml
Indications: Medical device with osmotic action with anti-edema effect.
It suppresses the progressive increase in the inflammatory process.
Intended to reduce nasal obstruction in patients suffering from hypertrophy of
the concha of the nose and from vasomotor rhinopathies specific (allergic rhinitis) or non-specific.
Suitable for the treatment of edema associated with rhinosinusal and adenoidal acute conditions
chronic inflammations.
Suitable for treatment and prevention of recurrences after nasal polyposis surgery.
Suitable for pre- and post-operative treatment of rhinosinusitis.
Ingredients: Mannitol, glycerol, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, PEG/PPG copolymer, EDTA disodium salt,
sodium n-hydroxymethylglycinate, polysorbate 20, potassium sorbate, sodium hydrate, purified water,
natural flavors.
How to use: Remove the protective cap, put your thumb on the base of the vial,
index and middle finger on his shoulders and push them down. Then release them.
Repeat until the first spray occurs. Bend your head slightly forward, exhale
slowly and spray into the affected nostril, inhale while keeping the other nostril closed with
the finger of the other hand.
When used before surgery, to be administered to the patient only in case the absence of
hypersensitivity or intolerance to the product.
Adults and children: Two sprays per nostril twice daily or alternately are recommended
doctor's prescription.
Side effects: No side effects were observed.
Warnings:
• The product may temporarily cause itching in the nose and sneezing during the first applications.
• Due to the specific mechanism of action of Narivent spray, it causes temporary
osmotic rhinorrhea after its application.
• In case of use before surgery, to prove the absence of hypersensitivity or
intolerance to the product.
• Do not use it in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the product.
• In case of adverse reactions, stop using the product and consult a doctor.
• Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not swallow it.
• Close the vial tightly after use.
• Avoid chaotic use of the product.
• After use, do not throw the vial into the environment.
• Store the product away from heat sources and out of the reach of children.
