The nose is the entrance to the respiratory tract and protects our lungs. The nasal mucosa, when healthy and optimally moist, filters and humidifies the air and warms the cold air to body temperature.
Polluted, cold and/or dry air (such as air in rooms with steam heating or air conditioning, cars, trains or airplanes) often causes drying and irritation of the nasal mucosa and affects its function.
Quix® soft is a natural remedy for relieving the sensitive nasal mucosa, helping to keep it moist, as well as to properly filter and humidify the air. This contributes to maintaining a healthy respiratory system.
What is Quix® software and what it contains
Quix® soft is a natural, isotonic nasal spray that contains natural water from the Atlantic Ocean with valuable minerals and trace elements and added aloe vera extract.
The concentration of salt in Quix® soft is commensurate with the normal salt levels in the body, and therefore Quix® soft is gentle on the nose.
Each 100 ml of Quix® soft contains 28.6 ml of water from the Atlantic Ocean, 71.4 ml of purified water and 0.05 g of aloe vera extract.
What is Quix® software used for?
• For daily nose care and cleaning
• As a maintenance agent to prevent cold complaints related to the nose
• To relieve dry, irritated or inflamed nasal mucosa
• As a maintenance treatment of rhinitis and sinusitis
• In children who cannot blow their nose
How does Quix® software work?
• Quix® soft cleans the nose:
It softens accumulated secretions and facilitates their release. It washes away allergens and microorganisms, reducing their contact with the nasal mucosa.
• Quix® soft moisturizes and relieves the nasal mucosa:
The water from the Atlantic Ocean, contained in Quix® soft, moisturizes the nasal mucosa, maintaining its normal filtering function. Aloe vera further enhances the moisturizing effect of salt water and helps soothe and relieve irritated nasal mucosa.
That's why Quix® soft supports the protective functions of the nose and helps you keep your nose healthy.
Who can use Quix® software?
Adults, children and infants six months and older.
Quix® soft can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Use of Quicks® software
How often and how much Quix® soft to use?
Infants (six months and older) and children up to 5 years:
1 spray in each nostril up to 4 times a day.
Children from 6 years and adults:
1-3 sprays in each nostril several times a day as needed.
How should Quix® software be used?
Remove the cap. Prepare the vial by pressing the pump several times until a fine mist appears (Fig. 1). The spray is ready for use.
Place the tip in the nostril and press the pump on either side of the tip (Fig. 2). After each use, clean the tip and replace the cap.
The nozzle provides a dosed amount of spray that is evenly distributed, moisturizing and cleaning the nasal mucosa.
How long can Quix® soft be used?
There are no restrictions on the duration of use. If you have any questions, please consult your pharmacist.
When should Quix® software not be used?
Do not use Quix® soft if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to sea water or aloe vera.
Possible side effects
No side effects are known so far.
How to store Quix® software
• To be stored at room temperature.
• To be stored in a place inaccessible to children!
Packaging description
Quix® soft is sold in a vial containing 30 ml of solution. Each vial contains approximately 220 injections. The bottle contains a built-in antibacterial system of the pump, which protects against the entry of microorganisms during the entire period of use.
Do not use Quix® soft after the expiration date indicated on the packaging after the symbol.
Quix® soft can be used up to 6 months after first opening the package.
