Helicide capsules are indicated for: Adults: • Treatment of duodenal ulcer • Prevention of duodenal ulcer recurrence • Treatment of gastric ulcer • Prevention of gastric ulcer recurrence • In combination with appropriate antibiotics – for eradication of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) in peptic ulcer • Treatment of NSAID-associated gastric and duodenal ulcers • Prevention of development of NSAID-associated gastric and duodenal ulcers in patients at risk • Treatment of reflux esophagitis • Long-term treatment of patients with healed reflux esophagitis • Treatment of pronounced gastroesophageal reflux disease • Treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome Use in children Children over 1 year of age and weighing ≥ 10kg • Treatment of reflux esophagitis • Symptomatic treatment of heartburn and acid reflux in gastroesophageal reflux disease Children and adolescents aged over 4 years • In combination with antibiotics – for the treatment of duodenal ulcer caused by H. pyloriOmeprazole 40 mg
