Chemical composition: eugenol, cinnamic aldehyde, phenylethyl and cinnamic alcohol, etc.
Aroma: warm, balsamic, with a characteristic bittersweet note.
Volatility: low
Cinnamon oil relieves tension, improves mood. It is used for appetite problems, has a warming and relaxing effect during massage.
Method of application: Externally
Aroma lamp: 3 k. cinnamon oil per 20 ml of water or 1 tsp. orange, 1 c. tangerine, 1 pc. cloves, 1 c. cinnamon per 20 ml of water or 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 c. jasmine, 1 c. ylang-ylang, 1 c. ginger per 20 ml of water or 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 c. patchouli per 20 ml of water or 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 tsp. grapefruit per 20 ml of water or 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 c. ylang-ylang, 2 k. orange per 20 ml of water; for aromatizing the premises; for coughs, colds - 2 k. cinnamon and 2 tsp. cloves per 20 ml of water.
Inhalation: 1 c. cinnamon, 1 c. eucalyptus for 3 min. - for colds
Aroma medallion: 2 pcs. cinnamon - for mood
Bath: 2 k. cinnamon in 20 ml of milk or on 1 spoon of honey - in one bath, at a temperature of 37-38 °C for no more than 20 min. - tones.
Massage: cinnamon oil should be used in very small doses - 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 tsp. ginger per 50 ml base oil (almond, apricot kernels, grape seeds, wheat germ) - has a toning and warming effect.
Spreading: 1 k. cinnamon on 25 ml of almond oil - for the feet, makes the skin smooth and soft; for insect bites - reduces itching; in case of bruises - helps them spread faster.
Others: additive to shampoos - 2 pcs. per 200 ml of shampoo
