Cedar oil favors mental activity, concentration of attention, balances emotions, inspires security and confidence. It is used for infections of the respiratory system, cough, bronchitis, fluid retention. It is suitable for oily skin, hair, acne and cellulite. Regenerates the skin and erases wrinkles.
Method of application: Externally
Aroma lamp: For refreshing and deodorizing the air in rooms, for mental and physical fatigue, for concentration of attention, aphrodisiac, has a bactericidal effect - 4-7 k. cedar; for flu, bronchitis, inflammation of the upper respiratory tract - a combination of 1 q. cedar, eucalyptus, sage, rosemary.
Inhalation: in states of anxiety and restlessness, colds, flu, runny nose, cough, bronchitis - 2-3 k. cedar in 1 hour of boiling water for 10 minutes.
Bath: has a relaxing, antidepressant, immunostimulating, diuretic effect - 4-7 k. cedar at 28°-35° C for 10-15 min.
Massage: for stress, insomnia, recovery after illness, rheumatism, arthritis, flu, cold, runny nose, cellulite, obesity - 15 k. cedar with 50 ml of almond oil.
Others: During the menopause, especially when the vagina dries up, a mixture of 10 ml of base oil (almond, apricot, wheat germ) is prepared with 10 k. cedar oil - drip 10 k. on a sanitary pad. For heavily sweating feet – a foot bath of 3 drops of cedar and 4 drops of lavender.
Attention! Highly concentrated! Keep it well closed and out of reach of children! Prolonged use may lead to euphoric states.
