Pine oil purifies and deodorizes indoor air. It promotes the increase of working capacity, concentration of attention, gives a surge of energy and new forces. It is used for respiratory tract and sinus infections, cough, bronchitis. Strengthens the body's resistance. Relieves muscle pain, arthritis, rheumatism. Strengthens hair, regenerates skin.
Method of application: Externally
Aroma lamp: 10 k. white pine or a combination of 1 c. pine, 1 c. eucalyptus, 1 pc. sage, 1 c. Rosemary – tones, stimulates the immune system, soothes inflamed airways, deodorizes, purifies and limits the spread of infections through the air.
Inhalation: for colds, flu, pneumonia, bronchitis - 5 k. pine oil per 2 liters of boiling water are inhaled for 10 minutes.
Jaburene: 2 k. pine oil per 1 hour of water - for inflammation of the gums, toothache, prevention of the oral cavity.
Bath: 6-10 k. pine oil at 28°-35° C for 10 minutes - has a refreshing effect.
Massage: a mixture of 50 ml of almond oil with 20-25 k. pine oil tones the whole body.
For colds, flu, bronchitis, pneumonia - 1 tbsp. almond butter and 4 c. pine; in temperature conditions, chills - antipyretic, sweating - with a mixture of 1 tbsp. almond oil and 3 tbsp. lavender, lemon and white pine is smeared on the body, hands, feet up to 1-2 times a day.
