Aroma lamp: 3-4 k. grapefruit have a tonic effect. For cough, cold and flu - 2 k. grapefruit in combination with 1 tsp. tea tree and 1 k. pine or 2 c. grapefruit in combination with 1 tsp. bergamot, 1 c. pine and 1 c. mints strengthen the immune system. To purify the air and increase efficiency - 3 k. grapefruit, 3 tbsp. lavender, 2 pcs. mint. With nervous tension and lack of concentration - 3 k. rosemary, 2 c. lavender, 2 pcs. grapefruit. With a hangover - 3 k. grapefruit, 3 tbsp. eucalyptus, 2 pcs. rosemary. In case of physical fatigue, lack of sleep - 3 k. grapefruit, 3 tbsp. rosemary, 2 c. mint. In case of apathy and depression - 4 k. grapefruit, 2 tbsp. rosemary, 2 c. lavender.
Bath: to reduce weight - a mixture of 7-8 k. grapefruit and 1 tsp. honey or a mixture of 2 c. grapefruit, 2 tbsp. orange, 2 pcs. juniper and 1 cup of milk. Anti-cellulite - 2 pcs. grapefruit and 1 tsp. rosemary. To raise the mood - 1 k. grapefruit, 1 tsp. ylang-ylang, 1 c. bergamot at a temperature of 28°-35° C for 10-15 min.

In case of edema and fluid retention - 5 k. grapefruit, 5 k. rosemary to 50 ml of almond oil.
Others: for prevention of the mouth and against bad breath - 1 k each. grapefruit on the toothpaste at night. For acne and to clean the face - a mixture of 1 k. bergamot, 1 c. cedar, 2 pcs. grapefruit, 1 tsp. lavender, 1 tbsp. tea tree per 50 ml of wheat germ oil.
Enricher of shampoos: to nourish, strengthen and shine the hair - 3-5 k. grapefruit per 100 ml of shampoo.
