Lavender oil relaxes and balances the body and spirit. Eliminates fatigue, insomnia, headache, anxiety, depression. Increases the body's defenses against viruses and colds. Method of application: Externally

Inhalation: Sore throat, cold - 5 k. lavender in 2 liters of boiling water for 10 minutes or 1 tsp. thyme, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary - in 1 hour of warm water for up to 5 minutes.
Gargle: For a cold, sore throat, laryngitis, pharyngitis - 1 tsp of warm water with 1 tsp of honey, soda or salt - 2-3 tbsp. lavender.
Massage: in case of temperature conditions, chills, massage the body, hands, feet with a mixture of 1 tbsp. olive oil, 5 k. lavender, 4 pcs. lemon, 1 tbsp. thyme - 1-2 times a day. For colds - spread with a mixture of 1 tbsp. olive oil and 2 tbsp. of eucalyptus, thyme, lavender.
Bath: relaxes and calms the nervous system, has a sweating effect, with the removal of toxins from the organism - 6-10 k. on 1 tsp. salt with a temperature of 28°-35° C for 15 minutes in the evening.
Face mask: Cleansing and regenerating: 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tablespoon of water and 5 k. lavender or 1 tbsp. lemon or fruit juice, 2 tbsp. water and 5 k. lavender. For acne: 30 ml of apricot oil, 10 k. lavender, 7 pcs. tea tree, 2 k. bergamot. Instillation for skin inflammations, burns - antiseptic, regenerates skin cells and soothes pain. For gagging in canker sores - 2 k. lavender and 1 tbsp. thyme at 1 tsp. honey in 100 ml of water 5-7 times a day. For otitis media - 5 ml warmed olive oil with 1 tbsp. of lavender, eucalyptus, tea tree - soak a cotton swab and place it in the external auditory canal, change it twice a day, making a warming compress on the ear area with the same composition. In case of insomnia - 2 k. drop lavender on the pillow. For bruises from being hit - a cold compress with ice and lavender oil. Against insects - soaked fungus, a piece of cloth with lavender oil and placed in a wardrobe, room. In case of insect bites - direct application with lavender oil.
