Citrus sinensis orange essential oil
Orange oil is the scent of happiness and joy of life. Effectively copes with depression, chases away bad thoughts, creates a good mood. Supports the digestive system and heart function. Method of application: Externally

Rubbings: for joint pain - 7-8 k. orange per 10 ml of almond oil.
Bath: with a relaxing effect for cellulite, for lack of estrogens during menopause, for insomnia, depressive states, for indigestion, spasms of the intestines and stomach - 3-5 k. orange at a temperature of 28-35° C for 10-15 min. In case of fatigue, cellulite, skin irritations: 10 k. for 15 min. For cellulite - 2 k. orange, cypress, lemon with 6 k. juniper.
Others: For periodontitis, toothache, bad breath and for prevention - 1 k each. orange on the toothpaste in the evening. Gargle (without swallowing) in 100 ml of water with 1 tsp. brandy (brandy) and 5 k. an orange. Lowers blood pressure, is effective for insomnia, diseases of the stomach, liver and bile ducts, stimulates metabolism, appetite stimulant. Face masks: 2 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tbsp. water, 1 tbsp. copper and 5 k. orange or 2 tbsp. wheat germ, 5 k. orange, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. fruit juice or 1 tbsp. almond oil, 2 tbsp. wheat germ, 1 egg yolk and 5 k. an orange.
