Salvia sclarea essential oil
Sage oil has a soothing and relaxing effect in stressful situations, and at the same time has a energizing effect. Regenerates and relieves skin irritations. Stimulates hair growth.
Method of application: Externally
For an aroma lamp: 4 k. sage, 2 c. bergamot and 1 c. orange or 4 c. sage and 4 c. lavender. To neutralize the strength of the scent of sage, it is good to combine it with rose, lavender, sandalwood.
Inhalation: with mental and emotional stress - 3 k. sage in 2 liters of boiling water are inhaled for 10 minutes.
Bath: 5-6 k. sage oil at 28-35° C for 10 min. - has a relaxing and restorative effect.
Foot bath: for heavily sweating feet: 3 k. sage with 4 c. lavender.
Sauna: 2-3 k. in 500 ml of water; combination with other essential oils is recommended: lavender, rose, sandalwood.
Massage: 50 ml of almond oil with 10 k. salvia - acts soothingly, relaxes the body, supports healing processes. Massage of the feet and legs - in case of stress with a mixture of 30 ml of almond oil, 15 k. sage, 10 c. lemon, 5 c. lavender.
For cracked skin - smear with a mixture of 1 tsp. sage and 2 tbsp. Almond oil. Compress for eyes, tired eyelids: 1 pc. sage in 1 tsp lukewarm water. Enricher for shampoos: per 10 ml of shampoo 3 k. sage – stimulates hair growth.
