Apricot kernel oil is obtained by cold pressing the kernels, then refined.
Application and indications: It naturally contains a large amount of vitamin F, which is an important biostimulator for various physiological and biochemical processes in the body. It is applicable as an oil for dry and aging skin, because it has a markedly good "anti-wrinkle effect". Nourishes, moisturizes the skin, accelerates cell turnover and helps the formation of skin collagen. Apricot kernel oil is also a strong hair stimulator – it nourishes the hair's elasticity and appearance. Suitable as a base oil for cosmetic skin and hair masks, for a general body toning massage, improving blood circulation, stimulating natural vital functions. It is well accepted by the skin, absorbs deeply, gives velvety softness and smoothness.
Use: - As an oil bath: the required amount of oil is applied with the tips of the fingers to the hair roots on washed and dried hair. A plastic cap and terry towel are placed for two hours, after which the hair is washed as usual with a suitable shampoo. It is desirable to do this oil bath once a week.
-Face mask: mix 10 ml of apricot kernel oil with 1 tsp. cream and 1 egg yolk, apply to the face for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Body massage oil in its pure form or in combination with other plant and (or) essential oils, aimed at getting rid of dead horn cells and stagnant secretion from the sebaceous glands, stimulating the movement of lymph and skin blood circulation. In general, the massage soothes, reduces fatigue and stress. Gives a feeling of lightness and freshness.
