Application method:

Externally on the skin for rubbing and massage . Dilute in a base oil (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut) in a ratio of 6 drops of essential oil per 1 tablespoon of base oil for adults or 3 drops of essential oil per 1 tablespoon of base oil for children.

For diffusion with an aroma diffuser. Add 3-5 drops per 100ml of water in an aroma diffuser.

For inhalation . Add 4 drops of oil to 200ml of boiling water. Cover your head with a towel and bend over the steam for 10 minutes
