Acid peel for acne-prone skin
The innovative Eucerin DERMOPURE Renewing Facial is formulated with a special formula to reduce the appearance of pimples, papules and pustules, as well as to remove acne scars. Suitable for all mild to moderate types of acne and has a triple action:
- 10% Hydroxy Complex contains a highly effective combination of exfoliating agents - glycolic acid, salicylic acid and polyhydroxy acid - which help to smooth the skin, unclog pores, reduce bacteria, remove dead skin cells and prevent the reappearance of blemishes.
The formula also contains Licochalcone A, which has been proven to reduce inflammation and soothe irritation.
Eucerin DERMOPURE Renewing Facial starts to visibly improve skin after just a week, leaving skin clearer and smoother over time.
It can be used during pregnancy, but is not recommended for concurrent use with medical acne treatment.
Clinical and dermatological studies
Clinical and dermatological tests show good skin tolerance and effectiveness in blemish- and acne-prone skin.
In a self-assessment study, 80 women between the ages of 15 and 40 applied Eucerin DERMOPURE Renewing Facial Care every night for eight weeks. They reported the following results:

Method of use
- Use once a day. Preferably in the evening.
- Apply a small amount (about the size of a pea) to a well-cleansed face
- Apply to the skin with gentle massaging movements
- Then use a suitable skin product such as Eucerin DERMOPURE Mattifying Fluid
- Avoid contact with eyes
Tip: Test on a small area of skin first. You may feel a slight burning sensation, but if your skin shows a visible reaction, consult your dermatologist or pharmacist. This product contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids which may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and the possibility of sunburn. Therefore, we recommend that you limit your exposure to the sun while using this product and for one week after using it. During and after this period, remember to apply sunscreen in the morning.
