Cosrx - Hydrium Watery Toner - highly moisturizing skin toner. It contains panthenol, which soothes and additionally moisturizes, as well as soothes irritations. The addition of five types of hyaluronic acid binds water in the epidermis, thus maintaining an appropriate level of skin hydration. Product for all skin types, especially dehydrated skin.

The product includes:

• panthenol - moisturizes and soothes irritations,
• allantoin - regenerates, moisturizes, reduces redness,
• five forms of hyaluronic acid - bind water in the epidermis, highly moisturize.
