Selenium is an antioxidant and helps protect the cells of the human body from the harmful effects of oxidants (free radicals) that are formed in the environment (from ultraviolet rays, toxic substances in polluted air and cigarette smoke), as well as in people's bodies during emotional stress, breathing, digestion, exercise and sleep.
Selenium supports the function of the immune system, a healthy and well-functioning cardiovascular system; optimal function and health of the eyes; detoxification of the body; liver function; protection of cells, including from heavy metals such as mercury and cadmium; thyroid function; reduction of cholesterol deposits in the vessels; increase of "good" and decrease of "bad" cholesterol; reduction of platelet aggregation / blood thickening; stimulation of the action of vitamin E; growth and development of the embryo; anti-inflammatory processes.

Selenium (as L-selenomethionine) - 100 mcg.
Other ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable cellulose.
Method of use:
Take 1 tablet daily, preferably during meals.
