Calcium 350 mg
A mineral necessary for the normal development of the bone system and teeth. The decrease in calcium leads to its acquisition by the bones, with which they lose their density. It contributes to the transmission of nerve impulses and normal blood clotting in the body.

Bromelain / Bromelain 100 mg (240 FIP)
A plant proteolytic enzyme. Supports normal blood and lymph flow. Contributes to the comfort of bones and joints.

Quercetin / Quercetin 100 mg
Bioflavonoid supporting the immune defense of the body. It favors the elasticity of the vascular wall. Helps support normal bone density.

Vitamin K2 / Vitamin K2 40 mcg
Vitamin K2 supports the maturation and activity of osteoblasts and contributes to the normal course of bone mineralization processes. Vitamin K2 favorably affects normal bone density in postmenopausal women.

Vitamin D3 / Vitamin D3 10 mcg (400 IU)
