Recommended dosage:
Take 1 sachet of Urimil Move once a day about 30 minutes before your highest-calorie meal.
Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (about 250 ml), stir without waiting for it to dissolve completely and drink immediately. If sediment forms, add a little more water, stir and drink again. For active athletes, it is recommended to take before meals, after the main physical exertion of the day.
Duration of reception:
We recommend an initial three-month intake.
Take 5-day breaks after drinking the first and second packs, and after the third pack, take a longer break of 15–30 days.
