The innovative formula of Urimil Move contains vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12 and magnesium, which play a key role in nourishing and maintaining the normal function of the nervous system, ensuring the innervation of the musculoskeletal system. The nucleotides uridine monophosphate and cytidine monophosphate are involved in the construction of DNA and RNA and the cellular metabolism of neurons. Directions for use / Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet once a day before the most caloric meal. Pour the contents into a glass of water (about 100–250 ml), stir without waiting for it to dissolve completely and drink immediately. If sediment forms, add a little more water, stir and drink again. For active athletes, it is recommended to take it before meals, after the main physical exertion during the day. Duration of use: We recommend an initial three-month intake with a 5-day break after the 25th day, followed by a longer break of 15–30 days. The product is suitable for long-term use.
