Kalmacin Forte is a complex of calcium, magnesium and zinc, in combination with vitamin D. The advantage of the product is the increased content of calcium (400 mg) and the added vitamin D.
Calcium builds bones and teeth and has a defining role in their strength. It is an important element in every stage of human life. The need for calcium increases during intensive growth, pregnancy, breastfeeding. Its insufficient amount leads to brittle nails, deterioration of the condition of bones and teeth, thinning and flowering of hair. It has been established that prolonged calcium deficiency can lead to reduced bone density and the development of osteoporosis.
When taken in through food, much of the calcium is not absorbed and is excreted unused by the body. Vitamin D is necessary for the full absorption of calcium in the body.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is formed in the skin under the influence of sunlight. When the amount of vitamin D in the body is insufficient, despite regular calcium intake, bones gradually lose density and bone problems may occur.
Magnesium is found in every cell of the human body and is extremely important for the normal functioning of muscles and nerve activity, as well as for the formation of energy. It helps with tension and stress, chronic fatigue, mental and mental strain.
