Omega-3 fatty acids
Of great importance for the human organism in all phases of life. Good sources of Omega-3 fatty acids are cold-water fish such as herring, salmon, sardines. To get the quantities we need, we need to eat fish at least 2 times a week.
Docosahexaenoic acid or DHA , is a main representative of Omega-3 fatty acids, is a structural component in the brain and favors its normal function. Together with eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), they support the activity of the cardiovascular system.
Ginkgo Biloba
An ancient plant that survived the Ice Age, which is why it is associated with extraordinary vitality. It has been known and used in Asia for many centuries. Its leaves are a source of some secondary plant substances, such as flavonoids and terpenes, which are also found in certain vegetables, and are considered particularly important from the point of view of physiological nutrition.
Vitamins of group B
Thiamine (B 1 ), nicotinamide (B 3 ) and cyanocobalamin (B 12 ) have a beneficial effect on the activity of the nervous system and help maintain normal mental function. Pantothenic acid (B 5 ) has a beneficial effect on normal mental activity and is involved in the synthesis of some neurotransmitters.
