1. What GASTROTUSS® is and what it is for
GASTROTUSS® is a medical device with mechanical action for the treatment of gastroesophageal and/or pharyngolaryngeal reflux, with the aim
reduce the symptoms and signs associated with it, for example: regurgitation of acidic or alkaline gastric contents, heartburn
(burning in the stomach), body in the hypopharynx (feeling of a foreign body in the throat), nasopharyngeal inflammation, belching, sensation of
tension in the abdomen, cough, dysphonia (change in voice), and in all cases of disturbance which as primary or secondary
cause are due to gastroesophageal and/or pharyngolaryngeal reflux. GASTROTUSS® supports re-epithelialization processes
of the gastroesophageal and pharyngolaryngeal mucosa.
Reduces the residence time of gastric contents in the stomach.

2. What you need to know before using GASTROTUSS®
• Do not use the product in case of known hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the product (see point 6).
• When taking during pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult a doctor.
• The product can show increased or decreased viscosity without any change in its quality.
• The presence of natural substances can influence the organoleptic characteristics of the product; therefore they can
to occur changes in color and/or taste, without any change in its quality.
3. How to use GASTROTUSS®
Vial:
• Shake well before use.
• Adults and children over 12 years: 20 ml after the main meals and before going to bed or as otherwise prescribed by the doctor.
Single dose sachet:
• Adults and children over 12 years: 20 ml after the main meals and before going to bed or as otherwise prescribed by the doctor.
4. Warnings
• In case of adverse reactions, stop using the product and consult a doctor.
• Do not exceed the recommended doses, follow the instructions for the method of administration.
• It is preferable to take the product after any medication or other products.
• Do not use the product if the package is not complete.
• Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.
• The expiration date refers to a product in complete packaging and properly stored.
5. How to store GASTROTUSS®
• To be stored in a place out of the sight and reach of children.
• For packaging in a vial, it is recommended to tightly close the vial after use.
• Store at room temperature and away from heat sources.
6. Other information
Ingredients: Magnesium alginate, simethicone, fructose, xanthan gum, honey, d-panthenol, liquid extracts of marshmallow and field poppy, zinc
oxide, sodium bicarbonate, sodium hydroxide, sodium methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, sodium propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, natural
flavors, erythrosine (E127), purified water.
Gluten free, lactose free.
