How to use MCT oil 100% - from coconut: If you are taking MCT oil for the first time, it is recommended to gradually increase the intake to avoid an intolerance reaction. Start with 10 g of oil per day (10 g = about 1 tbsp), in the following days gradually increase to 50-60 g per day.
