Lutein is a carotenoid - the high concentration of carotenoids strengthens the retina. It accumulates in the eyes mainly in two places: in the macula and in the lens of the eye. Effective in neutralizing free radicals (antioxidant).
Vitamin A is key to vision in limited light and together with vitamin B2 are involved in maintaining normal vision.
Zinc and vitamin E protect the cellular structures of the retina and lens from the harmful effects of free radicals.
Zinc is highly concentrated in the retina and regulates the activity of more than 200 enzymes that are involved in almost all important cellular processes. Zinc helps the body absorb and convert vitamin A; helps protect against age-related macular degeneration and night blindness.
Contributes to the health of the eyes and in particular the macula and the lens of the eye. Improves night vision. Suitable for working on a computer and for tired eyes.
For adults - 1 tablet daily, swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of water.
