Purpose:
Zinc is a mineral that plays an important role in metabolism. Contributes to the normal condition of hair, skin, nails, vision and the immune system. Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the normal synthesis of DNA. Biotin is known as vitamin B7 or Vitamin H. It participates in the carbohydrate metabolism - for obtaining energy and in the fat metabolism - for the synthesis of fatty acids. Biotin is also required for the synthesis of vitamin C. Biotin contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. Biotin contributes to maintaining the normal condition of hair and skin.

Recommended intake:
One capsule daily before meals with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of small children. Contains no preservatives! Does not contain ingredients from genetically modified organisms (GMOs)!
